This policy explains what personal data we collect on wskazujemy.pl, why, and what your rights are. The site is run by JO Agency! Jakub Obarowski, owner of the JO Agency and wskazujemy brands.
1. Data controller
The controller of your personal data is JO Agency! Jakub Obarowski, Pytlasińskiego 16/13, 00-777 Warsaw, Poland, VAT ID PL7671675800. For any data protection matter, email biuro@joagency.pl or call +48 535 705 860.
2. What data we collect and why
| Source | Data | Purpose | Legal basis (GDPR) |
|---|---|---|---|
| Contact form | name, phone, email, message | replying to your enquiry, preparing a quote or offer | Art. 6(1)(b) (steps prior to a contract) and (f) (legitimate interest — replying to correspondence) |
| Email and phone | data you provide | correspondence, delivering the order | Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) |
| Orders | contact and billing details | performing the contract, invoicing, accounting and tax obligations | Art. 6(1)(b) and (c) |
| Legal claims | data related to the order | establishing, pursuing or defending claims | Art. 6(1)(f) |
Providing data is voluntary, but without it we cannot reply to your enquiry or prepare a quote. We do not make automated decisions about you or profile you.
3. How long we keep data
- enquiries that did not lead to an order — up to 12 months from the last contact,
- order-related data — for the duration of cooperation and then until the limitation period for claims expires,
- accounting records — 5 years from the end of the year in which the tax payment deadline passed.
4. Who we share data with
Data may only be shared with providers that help us run the business and the site: hosting and email providers, our accounting office and — when delivering an order — production and installation subcontractors, only to the extent necessary. Each processes data on our instructions. We never sell data or share it with other companies for marketing.
As a rule, we do not transfer data outside the European Economic Area. If an email provider processes data outside the EEA, this is based on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.
5. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, restrict processing, data portability and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. To exercise these rights, email biuro@joagency.pl.
You may also lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, uodo.gov.pl).
6. Cookies and browser storage
This site does not use tracking, analytics or advertising cookies and does not load third-party tools that would set them (e.g. Google Analytics, ad pixels). Fonts and scripts are served from our own server.
We store only two small technical values in your browser storage (localStorage / sessionStorage):
| Name | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| wsk-ck | remembering that you closed the cookie notice | until you clear your browser data |
| jo-intro | showing the intro animation only once per visit | until you close the browser tab |
These values do not identify you and are never sent anywhere. You can delete them at any time in your browser settings. Like any web server, our hosting server may log technical connection data (such as IP address, date and browser type) for security and to keep the site running properly.
If we ever add analytics that require consent, we will update this policy and ask for your consent before anything is stored.
7. Changes
We may update this policy, for example when laws or site features change. The current version is always available on this page.
